Submit a withdrawal request

If you are a customer in the European Union you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To submit a withdrawal request, email contact@upairykidpotty.com with the details below and we will confirm by reply.

• Your full name and address
• Order number and the email used at checkout
• Date the order was placed and the date it was received
• The item(s) you are withdrawing from

Once we confirm your request, we will send you the return instructions and process the refund to the original payment method after the item reaches us.
